Just one of the many suppliers, contractors, resources, vendors and/or manufacturers offered up by the Houseblogs.net community.
Where did you find your plumber? Where can I get the best deal on hardwood flooring? Where can I get a vintage doorknob/ modern mailbox/ backhoe?
Don't fret...just ask the housebloggers.
Who knows how to source contractors and suppliers better than a houseblogger? Not many people I'll bet! Benefit from their experience by making use of the SOURCES tag within the Houseblogs.net Tag Cloud.
We've been tagging as many sources as we can by STATE, BY COUNTRY, and if they offer their services ONLINE? We tag that too.
Here's a sample of sources that housebloggers use in California, but you can check other sources for your own location.

I don't have a blog, so here are two places I've been
Zaborski Emporium - has website http://www.stanthejunkman.com/default.htm Located in Kingston, NY large warehouse, three floors, full of stuff - no AC or heat so dress for the weather. Stan will bargin - if you have stuff to bring him he will even trade with you. If he doesn't have it he might know someone who or he will look out for it.
Olde Good Things - has website http://www.oldegoodthings.com/ Main warehouse in Scranton, PA been there it is huge, no AC or heat so dress for the weather. They cater to the NYC crowd so stuff is pricy. They also have stores in NYC and LA.
