    I've been looking for an affordable solution to my window treatment dilemma....I've moved many many...many times and one of my biggest decorating challenges was wanting to put up decorative valances but they were all sooo expensive!  I just found this instructional DVD on line at noseweasy.com and made several for my house.  The website says that you can make them for less that 15.00 AND IT IS TRUE!  I think I only spent about $8.00 ea.  Even if you only need one valance it is worth the $20.00 DVD.  Check out my picture.
