Supreme Court Rules Old Houses Not Sacred. Public Rules Turnabout is Fair Play.

Last week the Supreme Court ruled that local governments can exercise wide discretion to take private property in the name of public use.

This week, an activist has suggested using the ruling to have Judge Souter's private home turned in to a hotel.
