Actually, it's more like a house that was made to look like it was made out of books. That includes the house and everything in it.

Furnishings are oversized books stacked together. Other items take on a paper-like quality, including clothes in the closet. Amazingly, it's all done through wood carvings.

You've really got to check out the photo album, which shows just how far this guy went with the concept (he even built book cases that move to cover up the modern appliances).

Very fun, and wild that he had the patience...
