Another great house I'd love to see blogged...the New York Times has a profile on Robert Trickey, who's house is in the middle of a lava flow. The feature's main photo (I love how the NYT website does those) shows a gorgeous view out Robert's floor-to-ceiling windows at the black lava rock outside.
