Micro Compact Homes

Over in Germany some folks are setting up a village of micro compact homes
on the campus of Technical University of Munich. Co-developed with a Japanese university, they're ultra-efficient units that maximize livable space in the smallest possible square footage.

I heard this guy on NPR this morning, he's planning a whole subdivision neighborhood of tiny houses.
